My journey to a toned, strong, healthy body.
Although I have neglected my blog, I have seriously stepped up my healthy eating and exercise regime.
I have lost the 5lbs I gained since Easter and feel so happy about my body at the moment. I am enjoying healthy foods and experimenting more with my breakfast and lunch. I am starting with a personal trainer on Thursday - I couldn’t be more excited!

Started off with an intense 30 minute session. Proud of myself for getting off my arse instead of getting into bed.@1 year ago

I’m sick so I have been eating crap and have done absolutely no exercise. Planning on getting back on track tomorrow…I don’t have that much longer to make a difference.@1 year ago
